Registration & Account Setup

Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, Pakistan mobile number, date of birth and a secure password. Choose PKR as your currency — this cannot be changed later. Accept the terms and conditions, then submit. You will receive a confirmation on your registered mobile or email. After that, complete KYC by uploading your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie. Once approved, your account is fully active and you can make your first deposit.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use pak47. Age is verified during KYC through your CNIC. If your date of birth shows you are under 18, your account will not be approved and any funds deposited before verification is completed will be returned. pak47 is strictly an adult platform.

No. Each person is permitted one active account only. CNIC matching during KYC will detect duplicate registrations. If multiple accounts are linked to the same identity, they may be suspended and any balances held pending review. If you have lost access to an existing account, contact live chat support instead of creating a new one.

KYC is usually completed within a few hours during business hours. In busier periods it can take up to 24 hours. Make sure the photos of your CNIC are clear, well-lit and show all four corners of the document — blurry or cropped images are the most common reason for delays. Once approved, you will receive a notification and full account access is granted immediately.

Yes, both can be changed but the process requires identity verification to protect your account. Log in, go to account settings, and submit a change request. For mobile number updates, an OTP is sent to your current number first. For email changes, a confirmation link is sent to both the old and new address. If you no longer have access to either, contact live chat support directly with your CNIC details to proceed manually.
Deposits & Payments

pak47 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. You can find the full list and step-by-step instructions on the Deposit page. Mobile wallet options like JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your balance within a minute or two, while bank transfers may take a little longer depending on your bank.

The minimum deposit on pak47 is PKR 500. This applies across all supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though your own bank or mobile wallet may have daily transaction caps that apply separately. Check the Deposit page for the most current limits.

Most deposits reflect immediately or within a few minutes. If your balance has not updated after 15 minutes, first check that the transaction was completed and the amount was actually deducted from your wallet or bank. If money was deducted but your pak47 balance has not changed, contact live chat support and share the transaction reference number. The support team can trace the payment and manually credit your account once the transaction is confirmed.

pak47 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your own bank, JazzCash account or Easypaisa wallet may apply their own service charges for outgoing transfers — these are outside pak47's control. To avoid surprise deductions, check the fee schedule on your payment provider's app before sending money. The amount credited to your pak47 balance will be whatever arrives after any third-party charges.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer. Make sure the account details you enter match the name on your pak47 account exactly, as mismatched names are the most common reason withdrawal requests are delayed or declined. Submit the request and you will receive a confirmation notification.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours. Raast transfers are usually same-day. Bank transfers generally arrive within one to two business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawal requests submitted late at night or over weekends may take a little longer. If your withdrawal has not arrived after the expected timeframe, contact live chat with your withdrawal reference number.

The most common reasons are: KYC not fully completed, account name not matching the withdrawal destination, an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements, or the withdrawal amount being below the minimum threshold. Log in to your account to check your verification status. If KYC is complete and the details are correct, contact live chat support and they can explain the specific reason for the decline and guide you on resolving it.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. This applies across all withdrawal methods. There is no benefit to accumulating a very large balance before withdrawing — you can make multiple withdrawals at any time as long as each request meets the minimum amount and your account is fully verified.
Sports Betting & Cricket

pak47 covers international cricket including Test matches, ODIs and T20s, plus Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures throughout the season. Markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, run range, method of dismissal and live in-play betting on selected matches. Yes. Alongside cricket, pak47 offers betting on international football fixtures including major league games and international tournaments. Esports betting is also available on popular titles. The full range of sports and events is visible in the Sports section after you log in. Odds and available markets vary by event, and new sports are added to the platform regularly.

If a cricket match is abandoned without a result being reached, most standard pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned to your balance. For matches that use the DLS method to produce a result, bets are typically settled on the official result. In-play bets that were placed before the interruption are handled according to the specific market rules. Most cricket and football bets are settled within a few minutes of the official result being confirmed. In some cases — particularly for complex markets or when official scorecards take time to be published — settlement can take up to a couple of hours. Winnings are credited to your balance automatically once settled. You can check the status of any bet in the Bet History section of your account under the Bet page.
Games, Slots & Live Casino

Mobile App

The pak47 app is available from the Download page. There are separate versions for Android and iOS. The Android APK is downloaded directly since the app is not listed on the Google Play Store — make sure you allow installation from unknown sources in your phone settings before installing. The iOS version is available through the App Store. Always download from the official pak47.pro website to ensure you are getting the genuine, up-to-date app.

Yes, the pak47 app is completely free to download and install. There is no subscription fee or download charge. The only costs involved in using the platform are the actual stakes you choose to place on bets and games. Some mobile networks charge for data usage, so if you are on a limited data plan, consider downloading over Wi-Fi to avoid data costs.

The most common reason is that installation from unknown sources is not enabled. Go to your phone's Settings, then Security or Privacy, and look for "Install unknown apps" or "Unknown sources" — enable this for your browser or file manager. Also make sure you have enough free storage space on your device. If the APK file seems to download correctly but the install fails, try re-downloading it fresh from the Download page as the file may not have downloaded completely the first time.
Account & Security

Log in to your account, go to account settings, and look for the Security section. Toggle 2FA on and follow the prompts to link your Pakistan mobile number. Once enabled, every login from a new device will require an OTP sent to your mobile before access is granted. This is one of the most effective ways to protect your pak47 account — even if your password is somehow exposed, no one can log in without your phone.

Change your password immediately through account settings. If you cannot log in at all, use the password reset option on the Login page. After regaining access, check your recent login history in account settings for any unfamiliar sessions and review your recent transaction history. Contact live chat support to flag the suspicious activity — they can place a temporary hold on withdrawals while the situation is investigated and help you secure the account fully.

pak47 supports responsible gaming tools including daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. Go to account settings, find the Responsible Gaming section and set the limit that works for your budget. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased instantly — a cooling-off period applies before any increase is permitted. If you want to close your account, contact live chat support or send a request to the support email address found in the Help section of your account. Before closure is finalised, any remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after standard verification. Account closure is permanent — if you change your mind at a later date you would need to go through the full registration and KYC process again as a new member.
